I am in the midst of my fibroid workup and plans for surgery etc.. My gyn doc says the MRI scan revealed that there is a chance of a malignant tumor father than a fibroid. They won't be sure until I get it removed in surgery. I am a little nervous but just hoping for the best. I am 30 and they say this is something that happens with women in their 50s or older however its still rare.
