Cloth diapers?

I did disposables with my first and I'm feeling a bit braver this time around and am considering clothe diapering. Any moms on here do it/have done it? Pros/cons? Would you recommend? Anything else I need to know?

I love cloth diapering for so many reasons but one of the main ones is they keep the poop in so well! My LO is almost 6 months and I've only had 1 poop explosion.

I plan to cloth diaper. My older sister did it with her two daughters so I've seen it be done and be fine. YouTube has a TON of great info and playlists and resources omg there's so much good info if you search "cloth diaper 101" or "cloth diaper for beginners". I went the prefold and cover route because it's cheapest and simplest (in my opinion) and I was able to buy everything second hand on local cloth diapering Facebook groups or from eBay.

Been cloth diapering from almost day one with my daughter. Used disposables for a little bit til she got bigger and fit the diapers better   I use Alva pocket diapers and use flour sack towels (you can get them at like Walmart ) those work way better than microfiber and don't cost a ton   Join the Facebook group Fluff Love & CD Science it as every answer you're looking for or you can ask any question and other moms or admins will give you answers 
It can be overwhelming at first but once you figure out what diapers you're using and a wash routine it's not bad at all

The cloth diapers are brilliant for spew rags and not much else, I quickly found. I only lasted a day using the cloth diapers. The amount of washing that accumulates in such a small amount of time is ridiculous, they make the baby's butt look waaaay bigger and therefore more difficult to put pants on bub, they felt wet a lot quicker than disposables and also didn't hold poop as well as a disposable. I got to the end of day one and baby pooped and the poop came out and went all over me. I was not happy lol 😩
