really need opinions. im just freaking confused.

first off- sorry if its the wrong group.... it seemed like the best fit. anyway, i had my son 4 months ago via csection. everything was fine. i got a normal period so i logged it to re-figure out my cycle. well now im having spotting/cramping issues. i took a pregnancy test and it was negative so i waited another 2 weeks, still no period. im still spotting and cramping and now im also spotting and cramping after i have sex. took another test, still negative. i called my ob and asked for an appointment and they blew me off saying its normal to spot and cramp after you have a baby and that they wont schedule an appointment for me until i pay my bill (long story...im not just not paying either, my husband lost his job so, as thats not a top priority bill, it was pushed to the end of the list along with the billing department refusing to listen to me ). im no longer breast feeding, i had to stop at a month for circumstances i cant control and i had been totally "normal" until this started happening. i guess im just looking for opinions or advice or if this is freaking normal or not :/
