Acrylic Nails for a 12 Year Old
My sister has a 12 year old daughter who has been dying for acrylic nails. My sister has been working like crazy though and told me about how much my niece wanted the acrylics. So, I said I would do some research for her. My question is, do you think she should even get acrylic nails? What do you think?
