Working out

I need to start working out. It's just hard to find time, I'm a new mom my son is only 7 weeks old. And with my bfs work schedule he can't watch him a lot that I could have time for myself and whatever. But I'm getting really upset about my little pudge. I pretty much snapped back to pre pregnancy but lately I've noticed I'm starting to gain weight in my stomach. I want tips/suggestions how to lose it, also how to tone my legs/butt. I know some of it is healthy eating, I don't think I eat terrible, but I'm trying to eat a little better. So any suggestions on that to. And how long/how many days should I be working out for results and about how long do results show?
