I am currently 9-10DPO and for the last couple of days I've had upper and lower abdominal cramping (just slight ones and not by my ovaries) and my breasts and especially my nipples are really warm? My nipples are also pretty tender but that's not uncommon for me considering AF is only 5 days away. I was just wondering if the abdominal cramping and the warm breasts/nipples was a good sign or just a normal thing? Mine have never been this warm before so idk it just feels weird to me. I have also had acid reflux for the past couple of days. all of this started about 2 days ago. Any and all advice is much appreciated ❤ Thank you in advance ❤
