Joint Baby Shower

So some women from my church want to throw a joint "sprinkle" for me and another expectant mom with our second children. They had offered with our first pregnancies, as we had our firsts within a week of each other, and I politefully declined because my family was planning one already and I felt uncomfortable with a joint baby shower. This time around I still feel it's a bit weird, as me and this other mom are not really good friends, but did not want to be rude and decline a second time. What would you do?
