Diaper rash? UPDATE

My daughter has diaper rash just between her butt cheeks, I'm wondering if she's reacting to the pampers swaddlers because of the fragrance and lotion in them.

It looks like a burn almost, she's nearly 3 weeks old, but I started noticing redness about a week back and used A&D; to try and prevent rash, then I thought it might be these BBQ pork pockets i was eating, but even after I stopped she still has the rash, and it's not gone away with diaper cream.

UPDATE: I started using the huggies that I had gotten from the hospital, and just plain cornstarch and wet washcloths on her butt and she is basically completely cleared up.
