Bonked 8w old head on doorframe

Feeling like a terrible mom! My LO woke up at 2am for a feed and as I was carrying him out of our dark bedroom I accidentally bonked his head on the door frame! It wasn't super hard, but it made a little thud sound. He cried for a couple seconds and then stopped. It's 20mins later and he's nursing normally. I don't see or feel a bump. Please tell me he's okay. Feeling awful :(
