Any advice welcome!

Hey ladies, I'm new to the group but not new to pcos. My boyfriend and I decided to start trying to have a baby in January, and at the time I was using an iud. 7 months later I finally get a period! It had been years even before the iud that I had a period. Butive been taking ovulation tests and now I'm not ovulating.. I'm not sure what the next step is. I know typically the doctors don't intervene until a year of TTC but is there anything I can do to help with my pcos in the mean time? TIA.
