Is anyone suffering Puppp in the week 18??? How you deal with it??? HELP

I'm a bit late to comment so hopefully you are not still experiencing this horrible rash! I got PUPPPS during my first pregnancy and tried about a dozen different remedies over the course of 6 weeks and NOTHING worked. at one point, I freaked out my husband because I was scratching myself raw in my sleep. randomly at 3am one night, I found a mom and pop shop that sold puppp cream and soap, ordered it and within one day it was 75% better and within a few days it was 95% gone (except for the scratches and scars). they are on Etsy as Crone Soaps, just search for PUPPP soap and they will pop up. i dont know if they work for everyone but it worked for me. (And im not in any way affiliated with them, I don't even know them, although I wish I could hug them for all the pain they spared me). good luck!!

The main "cure" for PUPPS is delivery, but you still have a long way to go but you can manage the symptoms:
You can use itch-relieving moisturizers. Avoid moisturizers that have ingredients that aren’t pregnancy friendly like retinol, salicylic acid, vitamin A,  tropic acid, etc.
1% hydrocortisone cream can help to reduce itching. But consult your doctor first! A lot of people believe it's pregnancy safe but aren't sure. Your doctor can also prescribe topical steroids that are stronger & pregnancy safe. 
Antihistamines like Benadryl can also relieve itch, but again check with your doctor before taking them.

I did with my first child and it's a nightmare ! Nothing worked for me and only stopped when she was born 🙁🙁
