Is foreplay dead?

Alright so I don't know if anyone else feels this but I think foreplay is just dead.

Like lately when ever I have sex with someone (I'm single btw) it's just like they just get off and it's done. There's no kissing on the neck or running there hands through your hair, making you sweat and shiver and feel all giddy like it's your first time, no seductive whispering and scratching or anything to turn me on. It's just stick it in, thrust and 'bye.' Like maybe it's cause I'm not in a relationship or maybe im reading too much fanfiction but what do y'all think? Do guys give you great foreplay? And where the hell are they guys that do!?
