Shakeology yes or no?

Has anyone used shakeology and liked it or hates it? I'm thinking about trying it and want opinions please.

My cousin loves it! I tried it and couldn't stand the taste enough to figure out if the results were good or not.

I was looking into the shakes until I read reviews on Amazon. The girl I talked to about said there is a starter kit for like $50  so maybe wouldn't be too bad to give it a try.

My only concern is that you become dependent on them. Learn to eat properly to get your needed nutrients and not have to use a meal replacement.

I used to drink it before and i loved it! It helped me stay energized and lose weight.
