how are fertility tests done ?

can someone explain the process ...  I don't think I can have babies...  do I go get tested or just jump right into fertility options !? been TTC since September

There are a number of things. Have you taken opks to see if your ovulating? Also i take primrose oil supliments. And drink red rasbery tea leaves untill ivulation. It's inexpensive and no side effects (at least I didn't) except my cm was more ewm all the time, but that's what it's supposed to do(primrose oil) warning when first opening the primrose it really stinks. But it goes away fast and has no taste. The tea is good too. I also take just over the counter prenatals and extra folic acid. There is also fertility self message. I started that today and it's helped with stress! Look it up. I got the primrose oil pills at Walmart it was like $8.  I got the tea from amazon. Try self treatment before going to the doc. It will save you time and money hope this helps good luck

Also with fertility clinics in believe you have to be older than 18

Tests are expensive and insurance doesnt cover it. As for the actual tests im not sure never done it. However its suppose to take a year for healthy people to get pregnant so doctors will tell you to wait.
