Waist trainer?

Thinking about getting one? But would like to hear more reviews/advice on it.

Answer

The literally squish your internal organs. As someone with a medical degree is not something I'll ever try considering anytime I bandage the abdomen after surgery or even a nasty cut I'm incredibly careful to ensure nothing gets squished since it can't cut off blood flow to the organ so it stops functioning properly. Just nope. I won't risk that. I'd rather eat healthy and work out to get a smaller waist size than squish my body into an unnatural shape and harm myself.
