I want a baby so and and Im 21 my husband is 22 I don't know what ttc is or bbt what is basal temp any help will be preciated

Your best bet is to start taking ovulation tests. From there you'll know when you're fertile and the best day to TTC.

Bbt is basal body temperature which means your temperature first thing on a morning taken the same time every day after t least 3hrs of sleep before you get out of bed before you have a drink sit up or basically anything! 
dpo is days past ovulation 
Opk is ovulation predictor kit 
Bfn big fat negative 
Bfp big fat positive
