Okay so I’m in the process of getting promoted to Assistant Manager, I had my interview with the District Manager & I feel pretty confident about how it went. Towards the end asked for my availability, if i had transportation, if I was available to make our morning bank deposits & I feel she was impressed that I was knowledgeable about the company and where we stand as far as sales. She also gave me a set day she would get back go me. About 2 hours after the interview my Store Manager contacted me and said she got feedback from the DM about the interview and she told her that she likes me I just need to work on being “bubbly” personality wise. I’m so nervous and eager to find out her final decision😩 Do you guys think it went well?
