I'm a little confused. I've been experiencing that "let down" feeling and today I actually started lactating and milk came out both breast. I have 12 days before AF arrives.. and my husband and do the pull out method and I'm not on BC. I don't "feel pregnant" could it be a sign?? or is waaay too early for signs. not sure if this is paranoia.... But I am a little crampy that's not normal for me. I'm just wondering why I'm lactating... it's been a year and 6 months since I've breastfed. And my milk supply wasn't all that to begin with. lol
