interview questions

so I am 16 and have my first job interview with Applebees on Tuesday and wondered if anyone had any advice for answering questions, especially the "what's your weakness?" one. I am applying to be a hostess, which I think will be a good fit because I am super people friendly and have good manners, and other things, but any advice at all on what to say and what not to say would be greatly appreciated!
