Is it okay to eat cooked seafood during pregnancy??? I'm only 8weeks but I ate fried conch and French fries today and i'm beating myself up about it .. is the baby okay ? ( 1st pregnancy)

I wouldn't make it a habit of eating it all the time but a little here and there should be fine

I believe fish is the big thing to worry about because of the Mercury

You're fine you only should stay away from raw fish (sushi).  Don't eat fish every day because of mercury but once a week or less is more than fine

You're fine, most cooked fish is totally okay. I believe it's fish like shark and swordfish that's not okay due to the mercury, well cooked shellfish is totally okay!
