Could it be a sign

So since I been trying to conceive for the past 7 years and had no luck and gave up for a while so now back to trying and well nothing yet but my son has been telling people that I'm pregnant not only they he says that I want a baby and that he wants a sister every moment of the day he looks at everything with babies in pictures and tells me look for my sister and I'm like not yet and it's just too cute could all this mean something I've heard that they can feel it and once again i just found out two of my childhood friends are pregnant once again and still like oh god so any thoughts on that thanks
