Psoriasis and NEED Remedies!

So I've struggled with psoriasis since middle school. I use a special topical meditation as it usually stays on my ear. Since my asthma started going away the psoriasis got worse. It's how my allergies present themselves. Well I get my upper body under control and now I have a spot on my labia majora. The medication I have can't be used down there and it's getting really itchy and uncomfortable. Any other ladies out there get a patch down there? Anyone have any remedies? I just moved again so I'm looking for another doctor.
