I usually get bigger ones during my period. It mostly happens to me when I stand so quickly and gravity takes action.

Yeah i have bigger ones and sometimes the just fall out especially if I'm just waking up and go too the bathroom or shower

That's normal for me when Ive got my period.  Sometimes, you can still bleed when you are in the early stages or pregnancy. If you are pregnant, call your OB right away bc they would rather you come in and you be fine than to think it was normal and it not be okay! Good luck!!
