Wait till 3rd trimester. Feels like you are leaking. You'll think "oh did my water break?" Bc you will get such a large gush. But nope. Just increased CM. :) oh the joys of pregnancy.

It really depends on how much cm you're having & what kind it is. My doctor told me if it's watery & enough to drip down to your feet then that's a big indication that something is wrong, but more cm during pregnancy is normal just not loads of it. If at any time you have a question or concern call your ob.
