Vagina Smell Helper?

I've noticed my vagina has been kind of smelling and I found something called prebiotic vaginal suppositories from vh essentials that's supposed to help. Does anybody know anything about this stuff? it says it has prebiotics (?) and lactic acid.

Acidophilus capsules. Bust open one, dissolve powder in a douche with warm water. Douche every 2-3 days. Don't put Anything else up there! I used vagisil wash but only on the outside of my labia majora. It really helps gently wash away daily the daily funk, leaving a refreshing light scent. Using douche and those deodorant suppositories only make it waaaayyyy worse and often cause UTI's and yeast infections. I seriously thought I had bacterial vaginosis but it was from using too many 'deodorizing' feminine products because I was self conscious of my natural smell. After having to go to the hospital for a severe case of cervicitis and an UTI that lasted for 6 months all caused by all that junk I was torturing my vague with I started using only water on the outside and water/acidophilus douche and I started smelling normal again within a week or so.
