Rash?

Hello
My daughter woke up with this rash like on her body and face this morning. She has been sick for the past week with a slight fever and an ear infection and just got over having a fever a day and half ago. I'm not sure if this is caused by her fever or teething or I'm worried it's something else. Does anyone know what this is and should I be concerned? I was going to call her pediatrician tomorrow. Please help!

My son got a rash like that after he was sick so I took him to the doc and she said it was a rash caused by the virus he had and it went away a couple of days later.

My son has that right now with fevers. Pediatrician said it's something viral and will go away on its own.

Makes sense now. My daughter got a similar rash on her back after her cold went away. I had no idea it was related to the cold. It's clearing up now though. I've only been putting some extra lotion on it.
