What are your thoughts about it? My brother was "diagnosed" with add when he was younger and was on medication for years (he has been off of it since he was 14 and has no signs of it) and my hubby was "diagnosed" with adhd when he was younger and was heavily medicated. I think overly medicated sadly due to a lazy mom who didn't want to deal with him. My question is do you believe in those behavioral problems or us it just a reason to use medication to calm down a child? I have never witnessed a calm child except when medicated. I personally don't believe in those illness's. I think children are and always will be hyper, that's what children do.
