Symptoms

Ok so weirdly enough I don't remember how I felt before I got preggo with my son, which was 5 years ago, all I know is that I felt tired and nauseated just before I found out. This time around I'm paying much closer attention, and I'm 5 days dpo. since Fri (2 days dpo) I have had this kinda weird feeling in my cervix like a cramp without the pain. my nipples felt different today, maybe a slight sensitivity, and headache, a bit more tired, but that's about it. My question is has anyone ever had this weird achy-ness in their cervix? and gotten a bfp?
