Birth control decreases sex drive?

Ever since I went on birth control I'm never in the mood to do it anymore and my boyfriend gets offended. Is this normal?

Yes I never had a sex drive, once I got off my BC my sex drive is thought the roof, and I'm not as moody!

Yes. Birth control killed my sex drive unfortunately.

It was for me. Tried two different types of hormonal BC and both kept my libido at bay. I came off that in December 2013, and now hubby and I just use condoms/sponge and use glow to stay aware of my cycle. I hope you can find what works best for you!
