TTC #2 after 33wk stillborn

I'm 36yo and TTC with my second husband. My son was sent to Heaven to live instead of here with me. I wanted to try again but the ex and I weren't on the same page after I got over the death on my first biological son. Since getting rid of him I've remarried a wonderful man and we are trying but not. I have PCOS and a few other medical issues going on. I am on clomid and it's kicking my birthday again lol. I used it the last time with my first so. All I'm asking for is positive vibes and helpful ways to be able to extend our family. Thank you 🙂
