Failed vasectomy Reversal- need recommendations!

Hi there! My husband had a vasectomy 7 years ago and we had it reversed by a specialist in March of 2016. Well after numerous samples he is still releasing zero sperm in the semen. His original surgeon believes there is a secondary blockage in the epididymal and surgery again to bypass the blockage is recommended. Has anyone had this epididymovasostomy procedure done and had success? Who would you recommend for the procedure? What was the average cost?? We are located in southern CA but will travel for the best doctor possible. Thank you for your help!
