movement in abdominal area

Okay Idk if I'm trippin or what but I've been feeling movement in my abdominal area & side of my stomach. Random pain on the ides of my stomach like contactions pains even when i have no need to use the restroom. im irregular. random spotting. moodswings. change in appetite. hormones up & down emotional. anxiety. insomnia. im just thinking of everything and rounding it all up. but im just wondering if this is all in my head. ive taken test before & they were neg. i guess im tired of disappoinmemt. im discouraged to take a pt. im also scared. i havent been to a dr. & havent been taken care of my diet.
