Pregnancy Workouts!
I have been on a weight loss journey since January! I am down 45lbs! We were supposed to start TTC in November, BUT I have ALL the symptoms except a BFP and tender breast for pregnancy! Obviously Im big enough to loose weight through my "hopeful" pregnancy!! But I want to play it safe! SO! What workouts did y'all do while pregnant, and what did you stay away from? We kickbox and weightrain!
