Anyone tried first response prenatal gummies during TTC?

Heard that taking prenatals helps. Also zinc for husband? What would you recommend for me to take? New to TTC! Thanks

The recommendation last time I looked was to be taking prenatal vitamins before even TTC and preferably for 6-12 months before.
