Do you use this only while your ovulating?

Answer

It is safe to use whenever you want during your cycle. With that being said, if you are only using it to help conceive then I would only use it during fertile week since it can be a bit pricey. We used it the first time this month and we used it 3 times during fertile week. Good luck and baby dust! Hope it works for us! 👶
