Some processes aren't like that. For my job I waited 9 months. I'd go through an interview the  wait 2 months, then testing, wait, second interview, wait. 9 months after ALL that was complete I was told at my polygraph appointment that if I passed that and my drug screening I was being hired.

No not necessarily.... due to the fact that they are more than likely doing second interviews with the other applicants and will make a decision after that based on the 2nd round of interviews....

At the end of your interview, ask what next steps are and when you can expect to hear back from them. We usually let people know within a week.

I've never had 2 interviews for any job. Well saying that a few were a phone interview then a face to face and I was told to bring my passport/ID and proof of national insurance to the face to face interviews so I already knew I had it and needed to sign some stuff
If you don't hear anything after a week call them but chances are slim

Usually if you get the info for a drug test it means you got the job pending the results of the test. Latest that's how the last few jobs I have had went. My first job I got the info during my first interview and then the few after I got it on the second interview.

Probably not. But you never know. Some places have unique hiring techniques. I've never had a second interview, I only ever have been hired during the first interview. So I may not know what I'm talking about.
