It's always a possibility, while it's unlikely, you must remember to stay on top of your shot. I now have an adorable nephew due to to many days inbetween depo shots

That shot is super man lol I got off it and it was still in my system after 3 years finally I got my period and got pregnant . your good as long as you do not miss a shot and take it on time
