Sleep deprived 😴

The last few nights I just have not been able to fall asleep. I fell asleep around midnight last night after trying since 10 and then my puppy woke me up at 3 to go potty and I wasn't able to fall back asleep for another hour or so. I am Beyond tired. I'm so tired I'm feeling sick and getting headaches. I can't even stand for more than a minute or so without feeling like I'm gonna pass out. My entire body feels heavy and tired. I've never felt this tired before and I've been fine on less sleep before. I'm thinking of getting some zzzquill on my way home and just going straight to bed, even though it will only be 6:30
