Need baby to fall asleep alone at daycare
Hi ladies. So my daughter is 8 months old and I'll be going back to work when she's 14 months. I'm starting to get nervous as she needs to be bounced and nursed to sleep and will sleep for 1.5-2 hours in bed with me but will only nap for like 10-15 mins once I put her down in the crib. When she goes to daycare she has to fall asleep on her own. I don't believe in cry it out and I've read the no cry sleep solution... but nothing I do works. We have had the same bedtime and nap routine since she was 3 months old. For nap we do change diaper, read a book and I sing a song while I nurse and then bounce her. I have dark out curtains and we have two fans in the room for white noise. I've tried laying her on sheep skin hoping it would feel more like someone holding her... but no difference. I almost had her to wear she nursed before I bounced her but teething through that out the window she'll just scream until I start bouncing her. How the hell do I get this kind of baby to fall asleep by herself?? Ive gotten her to sleep in her crib for the first part of the night before I go to bed but naps are harder because if I do pick up put down method she just wakes up fully and won't go back to sleep.... I just don't know what to do and I don't want her to suffer when she goes to daycare :( help!
