any breastfed babies sleeping thru the night?

my LO will be one in 3.5 weeks, she's still waking every 2-4.5 hrs to feed every night. i'm planning on bf until she's 18ish months, sooner if she weans herself. i'm not sure how to keep her sleeping through the night. especially since she started teething and only wants me. i'm so ready for at least 6hrs of sleep
edit: she is going to be ONE year old within 3 weeks, she is not 3 weeks old.

My son slept through the night last night for the first time. He's 11.5 weeks. He's formula and breastfed but only breastfed at night.

My daughter is exclusively breastfed. She started sleeping through the night at 10 weeks old (8 hours without waking). She slept that way for months until we hit a sleep regression (or teething) at 5 months 😩😩😩 For the past month she's been waking up twice a night. She also refuses her pacifier now which use to really help when putting her down for naps and bedtime. 
She's 6 months now which is the earliest age recommended to sleep train. I'm considering it but haven't done so yet.

Shoot, my daughter will be 2 in October and she still wakes at least once a night to nurse. It is even worse when she gets sick as she just wants to be glued to the boob all night. They don't stay this little forever. It goes by quickly! It also gets better when they start to actually eat meals. You got this mama!

Do you cosleep? My daughter is 10 months, breastfed, and sleeps in bed with us. Sometimes I feel like she stays latched on the ENTIRE night, but because we cosleep I'm not too disrupted by it. I wonder if she'll ever sleep through the night without eating!

At 3 weeks her tummy is still really small. Breastmilk is highly digestible so baby needs to be refueled often.

My son is EBF and he has been sleeping through the night since he was about 10 months old. He is now 11 months old it's very nice! What times are you nursing at night? I recommend cutting out the earliest nursing session first. Once I did that he could sleep longer and longer.

Is your baby on solids yet? At this point she should be able to eat and drink enough during the day not to wake up hungry during the night. It's likely that she's just waking up and using the boob for comfort. Have you tried not nursing her when she wakes up? My baby is ebf and I weaned her nighttime feeds one by one until there were none by just rocking her back to sleep by the time she was 6 months old. She also has to learn how to self soothe, then she can put herself back to sleep without you.

My son was EBF and slept through the night for the first time at 4 weeks old (7 hours). He then proceeded to alternate weeks of sleeping through with week(s) of waking up one million times a night for the next year 😂 he's almost 14 months and mostly sleeps 8pm-6am, but occasionally wakes up once for an early morning 'snack' and cuddle.
