Morning or night ?

I took at night hoping to get the side effects out of the way.... Didn't help really.

I am not sure it matters.  I think what matters more is that you are consistent in the time of day you take it.  So if you start in the morning, then take it every day in the morning at the same time.

I took mine at night.
