Trust issues after being raped

It's very hard to get back into a relationship and keep going in life after being raped. I for one know this first hand. It kills to know that you could be pushing your s/o away because of something they didn't do. Now my amazing boyfriend is so understanding and supportive and just amazing. I just want others to know if you are struggling with this you aren't alone at all. In the book milk & honey it states that "love takes the consent of two, if one person is just lying there it is it love it's rape" that speaks volume and truth. It's not your fault.
