What would you do?

I recently sent my engagement ring in to be repaired and resized (I bent it at work,) then today when I got my ring back, I noticed they had changed on of my stones to a diamond. The other stones in my ring are Morganite, which retails for around $300 per carat, while diamonds are $1400 per carat. Advice, ladies?

I really doubt they replaced it with an actual diamond. Call the store and tell them what happened.

I'd check to see if it's moissanite, they might have misunderstood. It looks like a diamond.
