SMALL BUMP 😱

Sooo ive just entered 8months. & my belly hasnt grown much.. I eat alot.. Drink and do everything normal. When i tell people im months they freak out and say "WOAAH YOUR SO TINY" & i see all theses other women who are huge!!!!!! Im like what am i doing wrong.... But every women is diff. My doctor says everything looks good and ive been to diff dr he also let me knoe everything is fine. (: Anyone going thru the same???
