Increased anxiety, paranoia week before period?
Hi guys!
I'm experiencing a high level of anxiety this week and I've been so good lately! I suffer from social anxiety and GAD but I've been really good lately, so today when I woke up my mind was instantly in over drive.... anxious, paranoid, overthinking things in my relationship that I normally don't. I realize now that I get like this every month a few days before I'm scheduled to get my period.
Does anyone experience anything similar?
What's a good solution for this?
I'm thinking of starting an exercise and vitamin regimen, and also eating differently to see if I can combat these symptoms.
I feel terrible for my poor boyfriend, he has to put up with my nagging and sooner or later if I don't figure this out.. it isn't going to be good for our relationship.
