back and hip pain
Is anyokne else having a lot of lower back and hip pain? Dr had me see a physical therapist and was diagnosed with Sacroilliac joint pain. I'm a full time dog groomer and tried taking more breaks and im still completely miserable and constantly in and out of pain😣 any advice on things that may help?
