so I really messed up my birth control so I decided to take 3 in one day to catch up... I know that it wasn't the best idea ever but I did it. anyways I got my period like 10 days ago and now I have it again... is it because of the pills got messed up?

I've also been really stressed lately, could it be that? this has never happened. I'm also cramping pretty badly... PLEASE HELP!
