Hungry all the time anyone?

Question

Is feeling hungry constantly one of the early trimester symptoms? 
I don't get fatigue anymore but hungry all day, is this normal? I'm 6 weeks now.

Answer

Early on I was super hungry.  I used to wake up with an insatiable hunger. I'm the 2nd trimester it got better.
