Exercise - Advice

Currently 5wk2, as in the U.K. I won't see my midwife for another 3wks... no scans until 12wks.

Thoughts on continuing the same exercise pattern?

I like to run twice a week (including racing/track) and gym it 4x week (Les Mills classes - bodypump, body combat and body attack).

Do I consciously need to slow down my runs or lift lighter? Or can I carry on as I am? How do you 'know' when to/if slow down?
