Ovulation

Hello mummy's to be :) I am currently trying for baby number 2. This will be our 2nd month of trying. I am just having trouble pin pointing my ovulation as every app I try is completely different. Glow first said I should be ovulating yesterday but it have tried a million ovulation tests that show no second line at all, I was also showing no physical ovulation signs. Today I used my last ovulation strip which I feel like I'm almost seeing a second line appearing.. Is it just my eyes? I know the line has to be as dark as the other but does this mean ovulation is on its way? I'm also feeling a bit more wetness today. I'm using the first response ovulation tests. Hope you girls can help me :) thankyou so much x​​
